Kat Spring

Kat has a background in communications and learning and development - with over 20 years experience working in the Oil and Gas and IT sectors. She is passionate about foundation and giving back to the community. Kat regularly volunteers with various organisations across London and the Thames Valley. She has been co-lead and lead of DEI and Foundation groups in the corporations where she works. Kat loves to make a positive impact with everyone she interacts with. She recently joined the wonderful Enrych Berkshire team as Trustee to help them deliver their mission, grow their impact and create lasting change.
